Don’t Panic Picture Co. is a full-service production company creating narrative, music-driven, documentary, and live visual work. We develop, produce, shoot, and finish projects end-to-end—or step in wherever we’re needed. Our approach is grounded in timeless, tactile storytelling, blending analogue process with modern workflows. Whether working on film or digital, with a full crew or a lean setup, we prioritize strong visuals, thoughtful collaboration, and a process that values people as much as the work.
Victoria Gagnaire Stein and Joey Casale are the co-founders of Don’t Panic Picture Co, creative and life partners who run the company like a family business in the best sense: people first, trust first, ego last.
Our approach is collaborative and intentional. We bring key creatives and department heads in early, because the best work happens when people are trusted and involved from the start, not brought in at the last minute. We are deeply team driven and we care about how a set feels to work on, not just what ends up on screen. Backed by years of hands-on production experience across prep, set, and post, we run projects with real discipline. Clear communication, strong planning, and respect for the crew are non-negotiable. Every project gets a serious, professional process, whether it is a full crew or a lean run and gun build.
Here you would briefly explain your equipment rental offering. This is where you mention what kind of gear is available, who rentals are for, and how the process works at a high level. Keep it simple and practical—focus on availability, reliability, and how people can inquire or book, rather than listing every item.
Use this space to label the equipment shown or add a short note about the type of gear available for rent.
“For the First Time Again" by Tyler Ballgame is the featured project because it marks a true full circle moment for Don’t Panic Picture Co. Victoria and Joey began collaborating with Tyler before the company officially existed, then went on to build the visual world for his debut album rollout. Across a multi year run, they created nine official music videos plus countless live and performance pieces, and that body of work helped shape their style, their community, and the foundation that ultimately became Don’t Panic. The title track video was also a major technical milestone, their first time shooting 35mm on a full Panavision camera and lens package.
